Sales Intern

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers and business opportunities to generate qualified leads
• Communicate with potential customers via calls, emails, and messaging to introduce iSchool programs
• Maintain and update prospect databases and CRM records accurately
• Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals
• Schedule consultations and follow-up meetings for the sales team
• Conduct market research on competitors, trends, and customer needs to support growth initiatives
• Prepare reports on lead generation, outreach efforts, and sales performance

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship, volunteer, or sales/customer service experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems
