About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in the daily management of group and event requests for 7 hotels
- Assist Supervisors with process implementation and system-related questions
- Handle client requests following group standards and deadlines
- Follow up on commercial files until contract signature
- Use internal tools to optimize conversion of inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Develop commercial skills including negotiation and client listening
- Contribute to finding sales opportunities for Cluster hotels
- Collaborate with sales and operational teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a school or university
- Ability to provide a 6-month internship agreement (convention de stage)
- Profile: BTS, Master I or II in Business, Events, or Hospitality
- Proficiency in French and English (written and oral)
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Team player with a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong interest in sales and the hospitality industry
