About the role
Responsibilities
- Help keep the Italian sales pipeline moving by preparing accurate, client-ready offers and commercial proposals
- Maintain sales decks, one-pagers, and enablement materials to a high standard
- Translate market and asset data into structured, client-facing inputs
- Maintain HubSpot precision and currency to provide a reliable pipeline picture
- Track follow-ups, deadlines, and outstanding requests
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field (or final year of Master's)
- C1 level proficiency in English and Italian
- Strong attention to detail and methodical way of working
- Comfortable working with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
- Ability to understand technical and commercial inputs, pricing logic, and regulatory context
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with HubSpot or another CRM platform
- Experience preparing commercial offers, proposals, or sales decks
- Understanding of the Italian energy landscape (renewables, grid-scale storage, or power trading)
- Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and Claude
- Exposure to B2B sales or business development processes
