About the role
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with transportation providers and negotiate rates in the Carrier Sales track
- Manage customer relationships and support freight sales and account management in the Inside Sales track
- Execute loads and manage service delivery from pickup to delivery
- Learn market dynamics, pricing strategy, and business development fundamentals
Requirements
- Current college student pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree
- Available to work 20-30 hours per week from September to November 2026
- Able to work on-site at the Fort Wayne, Indiana headquarters
- Strong verbal communication and time-management skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers and carriers
Preferred Qualifications
- Athletic backgrounds, leadership experience, or campus involvement
- Previous customer-facing experience
