About the role
About the Company
Buena is building the technology that real estate runs on. We're making every part of real estate – from finding and financing to buying and managing – as seamless and transparent as possible by acquiring property managers across Germany and rebuilding them as technology companies.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Cold Calling: 80–90% of your time is spent calling owners and decision-makers of property management companies across Germany.
- List Building: Research, enrich, and structure data on companies, decision-makers, and contact details to maintain target lists.
- Campaign Execution: Run structured outbound campaigns using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Lead Identification: Identify decision-makers and initiate conversations that lead to M&A deals.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in a German university or available for a full-time internship of at least 3 months
- Native German speaker
- Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone
- Structured and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- High tech affinity with CRMs and data handling tools
- Based in Berlin and able to work from the Prenzlauer Berg office
- Experience in outbound sales, recruiting, or similar phone-heavy roles is a strong plus
