Sales Insurance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive strong sales results by quoting, underwriting, and selling Home & Auto insurance policies
• Consistently exceed sales KPIs, conversion targets, and retention metrics
• Apply underwriting judgement to new business, endorsements, and renewals within delegated authority
• Provide technical underwriting support and guidance to junior team members
• Identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow the portfolio
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty and retention
• Stay current on product, pricing, underwriting, and regulatory changes
• Service existing customers by updating policies to meet changing needs

Requirements

• College Diploma or University Degree
• OTL license (training will be provided)
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to match products to needs
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Comfort using multiple systems and learning new technology platforms
