About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality workshops and training sessions for channel partner sales teams on customer qualification, persona development, and discovery techniques.
- Teach structured qualification methodologies (such as MEDDIC, BANT, or SPIN) specifically applied to AI adoption and technical readiness.
- Guide partners through defining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and buyer personas for both technical (CTOs, Engineering leaders) and business stakeholders.
- Train teams on mapping specific client pain points to OpenAI Codex and frontier AI capabilities, such as AI-assisted code generation and agentic workflows.
- Facilitate realistic sales simulations, role-plays, and objection-handling exercises regarding AI-specific concerns like data privacy, security, and ROI.
- Adapt curriculum and training materials to suit different partner markets, verticals, and sales maturity levels.
- Evaluate learner progress through call reviews and pipeline audits to provide actionable coaching and feedback.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, sales enablement, or channel/partner enablement, ideally within SaaS or developer tools.
- Deep working knowledge of sales frameworks such as MEDDIC, SPIN, BANT, or Challenger Sale.
- Technical fluency in AI platforms, developer tools, and software development workflows to credibly position AI products.
- Proven experience in coaching sales teams and facilitating engaging workshops for diverse audiences.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
- Excellent English communication and facilitation skills with a strong executive presence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience specifically training partner or channel sales teams within the enterprise technology sector.
- Certifications in established sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Sandler).
- Background or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Instructional Design.
