About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality workshops and training sessions for channel partner sales teams on customer qualification, persona development, and discovery techniques.
- Teach structured qualification methodologies (such as MEDDIC, BANT, or SPIN) specifically applied to AI adoption and technical readiness.
- Guide partners through defining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and buyer personas for OpenAI Codex and frontier AI platforms.
- Train partners on mapping specific client pain points to AI use cases, including developer productivity and automated workflows.
- Facilitate realistic sales simulations, role-plays, and objection-handling exercises focused on enterprise AI procurement (security, privacy, and ROI).
- Adapt training curriculum and materials to suit different partner markets, verticals, and sales maturity levels.
- Evaluate learner progress through call reviews and pipeline audits to provide actionable coaching and feedback.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, sales enablement, or channel/partner enablement, ideally within SaaS or developer tools.
- Deep working knowledge of sales frameworks such as MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sale, or Sandler.
- Technical fluency in AI platforms, developer tools, and software development workflows to credibly position AI products.
- Proven ability to lead engaging, interactive workshops for audiences ranging from junior reps to senior commercial leaders.
- Strong coaching skills with the ability to provide real-time feedback during sales simulations.
- Excellent English communication skills and a strong executive presence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience specifically training partner or channel sales teams within the technology or enterprise software sectors.
- Certifications in established sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN).
- Background or degree in business, marketing, communications, or instructional design.
