Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships and advise on replacement and optimization of access solutions
• Prepare and send appropriate quotes based on incoming information
• Manage quotes within the CRM system (Dynamics), follow up on progress, and close orders
• Process orders in CRM and ERP systems (RDM) and hand them over to work preparation

Requirements

• MBO level 4 technical background, preferably in construction, electrical, or related disciplines
• 2-5 years of commercial experience in a similar role
• Experience in managing customer relationships and identifying commercial opportunities
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Structured and accurate way of working
