Responsibilities

• Aggressively prospect and build a strong pipeline of new accounts across target geographies
• Drive end-to-end new logo acquisition including lead generation, qualification, solution pitching, and deal closure
• Deliver impactful C-suite presentations articulating value propositions in AI, cloud, ERP, and digital transformation
• Develop a robust network of decision-makers and industry leaders to accelerate pipeline
• Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to tailor offerings and create winning proposals
• Represent Estuate at conferences, networking events, and client meetings
• Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets

Requirements

• 8+ years in IT services or consulting sales with a hunter profile
• Proven track record of winning enterprise clients across US, Europe, or APAC markets
• Excellent presentation skills for pitching to C-suite and senior executives
• Ability to generate leads independently through networking, cold outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of IT services landscape including GRC, ERP, BRM, AI/ML, and Analytics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling across all industry verticals
• Prior exposure to AI-driven or digital transformation solutions
• An existing global network to accelerate pipeline creation
