Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert enterprise accounts with 2,000+ employees.
  • Drive the complete end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Build deep relationships with CXO-level stakeholders including CFOs, CHROs, and Procurement Heads.
  • Deliver consultative demos focused on savings, control, and compliance outcomes.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to execute regional GTM plans.
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and strong sales discipline.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, roundtables, and key forums.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, Fintech, HCM, Payroll, or T&E domains.
  • Proven record of closing large enterprise accounts with ₹25L+ ACV.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent understanding of enterprise finance, travel, and compliance workflows.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • MBA in Sales or Marketing is preferred.
