Responsibilities
- Run and optimize ad campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy
- Lead a team to manage campaigns, track performance, and improve results
- Monitor key metrics like ROI, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates
- Find new growth opportunities and stay updated on market trends
- Work with marketing, sales, inventory, and logistics teams for smooth operations
- Manage relationships with marketplace partners
- Ensure product listings are optimized and policies are followed
- Share performance reports and insights with management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce sales & advertising
- Strong knowledge of PPC ads and marketplace platforms
- Experience with tools like Amazon DSP and Meta Ads Manager
- Proven record of scaling online sales through ads
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven setup
