Sales General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead sales operations and implement innovative strategies to exceed revenue targets and profit margins
• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team through regular feedback and training
• Champion a culture of hospitality to maintain high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores
• Collaborate with inventory and operations teams to ensure unit availability and lot readiness
• Analyze sales metrics and performance dashboards to forecast trends and identify strategic opportunities
• Manage department budgets and forecasting to support store-wide profitability
• Lead community outreach, store events, and local marketing campaigns to drive engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, or similar leadership role
• Track record of motivating teams to exceed revenue and customer satisfaction goals
• Strong verbal and written communication, coaching, and negotiation skills
• Business acumen including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
