Responsibilities

Depending on the specific role selected during the recruiting day, responsibilities include:

Sales Representative (Venditore/Venditrice):

  • Develop a client portfolio through direct field contact to increase HoReCa turnover.
  • Propose METRO services and products through appropriate sales channels.
  • Conduct market research, plan visits, and provide high-level consultancy based on client needs.

In-Store Promoter:

  • Monitor the customer lifecycle through professional one-to-one relationships to drive loyalty.
  • Promote the METRO brand through proactive and consultative sales activities.
  • Interact with store colleagues to expand the HoReCa client base.
  • Use commercial tools to recover declining customers.

Teleseller:

  • Manage order placement and customer profiling using company tools.
  • Provide customer assistance during and after the purchase phase to ensure long-term loyalty.
  • Execute up-selling, cross-selling, and category mix actions.
  • Analyze KPIs and performance trends to prepare targeted development actions.

Requirements

  • Experience in the HoReCa sector is preferred.
  • Strong customer focus and market sensitivity.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain flexibility in dynamic environments.
  • Availability to work shifts and on holidays.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Valid Category B driver's license.
