Sales Floor Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by approaching and supporting customers with product solutions for their projects
• Drive sales and store profits through personalized attention and product expertise
• Assist customers with direct installation sales and online catalog orders
• Prepare quotes, remittances, and manage pick/delivery/take-away processes in the system
• Monitor inventory levels, check product availability, and report damages or gaps in stock
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and sales floor
• Execute institutional projects, including online surveys and credit card referrals
• Support checkout areas when necessary and assist with restocking merchandise

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent (Secundaria terminada)
• Proven experience in customer service and sales
• Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts
• Ability to stand for long periods and interact directly with customers
