Sales Floor Associate

Responsibilities

• Approach and support customers on the sales floor to provide solutions for their projects
• Assist customers with direct installation sales and product searches via the extended catalog
• Prepare quotes and delivery/pickup orders within the system upon customer request
• Check stock availability, prices, and handle customer inquiries via mobile devices
• Maintain aisle cleanliness and organize merchandise to ensure a safe shopping environment
• Monitor product conditions and report damages or stock gaps to the appropriate departments
• Execute institutional projects, such as online surveys and credit card referrals
• Support checkout areas when necessary to ensure smooth customer flow

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent (Secundaria terminada)
• Proven experience in customer service and sales
• Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts
• Ability to stand for long periods and interact directly with customers
