Sales Floor Associate

Responsibilities

• Approach and support customers on the sales floor to provide solutions for their projects.
• Assist customers with direct installation sales and help locate products via the extended catalog.
• Prepare quotes and delivery/pickup orders using the store system.
• Check stock availability, prices, and handle customer inquiries via mobile devices.
• Maintain aisle cleanliness and organize merchandise to ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Monitor product conditions and report damages or stock gaps to the appropriate departments.
• Execute institutional projects, such as online surveys and offering Home Depot credit cards.
• Support the checkout area when necessary.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Secundaria terminada).
• Proven experience in customer service and sales.
• Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods and interact directly with customers.
