Sales Floor Associate

Responsibilities

• Approach and support customers on the sales floor to provide solutions for their projects
• Assist customers with direct installation sales and help locate products via the extended catalog
• Prepare quotes and delivery/pickup orders using the store system
• Check product stock, prices, and handle customer inquiries via mobile devices
• Maintain aisle cleanliness and organize merchandise to ensure a safe shopping environment
• Monitor product condition and report damages or stock gaps
• Execute institutional projects such as online surveys and credit card referrals
• Support the checkout area when necessary

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent (Secundaria terminada)
• Previous experience in customer service and sales
• Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts
• Ability to stand for long periods and interact directly with customers
