Sales Floor Associate

Responsibilities

• Actively approach customers to identify needs and offer home solutions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales area with correct pricing and stock
• Share product knowledge and advantages with customers and colleagues
• Execute commercial activities and sales direction within the department
• Maximize sales and profitability through product knowledge and stock management
• Perform physical activities including lifting objects up to 20 kg

• Passion for sales and customer service
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Active selling skills and customer behavior understanding
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to prioritize and organize work efficiently
• Teamwork enthusiasm and friendly communication skills
