Sales Floor Associate

Responsibilities

• Actively approach customers to identify needs and offer home solutions
• Maintain sales area cleanliness, organization, pricing, and stock levels
• Share product knowledge and advantages with customers and colleagues
• Execute commercial activities and manage sales space to ensure stock availability
• Support the IKEA sales concept by providing inspiring design ideas
• Perform physical tasks including lifting objects up to 20 kg

Requirements

• Passion for sales and achieving targets
• Ability to sell actively and assist customers with a friendly attitude
• Understanding of customer behavior and product presentation
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Teamwork and organizational skills
