Sales Finance Associate Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide high-impact reporting and analytical support to the PBNA West Region commercial team
• Assist in preparing and distributing daily, weekly, and periodic operational and financial reports
• Support performance tracking, forecasting, scenario planning, and promotional analysis
• Gather and organize data for net sales drivers, performance trends, and customer financials
• Maintain forecast data inputs and ensure accuracy within planning cycles
• Support SAP and Mosaic activities by ensuring correct event setup and accurate data capture
• Assist in compiling inputs for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in finance and planning
• Experience managing a P&L
• Proficiency in SAP and Mosaic systems
• Strong Excel skills
• Exceptional communication skills with English language proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities and work independently
