About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of large corporate clients and multinational companies.
- Structure and sell customized derivative and hedge solutions within the Non-Flow Derivatives Sales desk.
- Partner with commercial areas and clients to identify financial needs and market opportunities.
- Analyze financial statements and balance sheets to identify risks and propose protection strategies.
- Develop long-term consultative relationships with client executives and finance departments.
- Conduct commercial meetings, site visits, and presentations.
- Work with various derivative products, including Equity Derivatives structures.
- Participate in strategic forums and committees with senior bank executives.
Requirements
- Consolidated experience in derivatives sales, preferably on a sales desk or similar structure.
- Proven experience serving large companies, multinationals, or strategic clients.
- Deep knowledge of hedge products, including FX, interest rate, and equity derivatives.
- Strong ability to analyze balance sheets and understand financial exposures.
- Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish is highly desirable.
- CPA-20 certification.
- Strong commercial drive combined with a solid technical foundation.
