About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage sales and order collection from RBAs and Retailers through regular outlet visits
- Drive revenue targets across all product categories for retailers and distributors
- Manage DBA (Distributor Business Associate) health, including inventory, delivery, and timely collections
- Identify and onboard high-potential outlets to expand the channel network
- Conduct in-shop promotional activities, retailer meets, and branding execution
- Generate and prospect leads from sites, contractors, and AIDs via LMS
- Gather market intelligence regarding competitor pricing, new launches, and schemes
- Manage and coach ISRs through daily performance reviews and joint outlet visits
- Maintain accurate daily activity reporting via SFA applications
Requirements
- Graduate degree required
- 2-3 years of experience in channel sales
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SFA applications
- Strong negotiation and persuasiveness skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including regional languages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree
- Experience in industries such as Tile Adhesives, Paints, Building Materials, or Construction Chemicals
