About the role
Responsibilities
- Acquire, onboard, and manage clients for Supply Chain Finance (SCF) offerings, including vendor/dealer finance, invoice discounting, and channel financing
- Develop and manage a portfolio of MSME clients and corporate anchors
- Generate and convert leads through cold-calling, market mapping, and networking
- Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and portfolio health
- Structure customized working capital solutions based on customer requirements
- Monitor account performance and identify cross-sell opportunities
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital, or MSME lending
- Sound understanding of SCF products, risk fundamentals, and credit evaluation
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships in the B2B lending space
- Experience working with NBFCs, banks, or fintech companies
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Result-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
