About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers through networking, cold-calling, emailing, and social media advertising
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with potential and existing customers to present product benefits
  • Persuade customers to purchase products by highlighting key features and value propositions
  • Build and maintain long-term working relationships with new and existing clients
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to drive sales and encourage purchases
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including submitting purchase orders and obtaining necessary signatures
  • Follow up with customers to ensure product satisfaction and resolve any concerns or complaints
