About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers through networking, cold-calling, emailing, and social media advertising
- Arrange and conduct meetings with potential and existing customers to present product benefits
- Persuade customers to purchase products by highlighting key features and value propositions
- Build and maintain long-term working relationships with new and existing clients
- Negotiate pricing and terms to drive sales and encourage purchases
- Manage the full sales cycle, including submitting purchase orders and obtaining necessary signatures
- Follow up with customers to ensure product satisfaction and resolve any concerns or complaints
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
