About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by engaging C-level and senior decision-makers
- Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' IT infrastructure and cybersecurity concerns
- Present and demonstrate the value of MSP services including cloud migration, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and customized service agreements
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive long-term recurring revenue growth
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Track all sales activity and forecasts in the CRM system
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B service sales and penetrating major companies
- Experience selling high-value, consultative, or subscription-based services
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills
- Strong business acumen to translate technical solutions into business value
- Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Ability to work from the Brooklyn office and attend client meetings in the New York metro area
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Benefits
- Base salary between $150,000 and $180,000
- Generous commission structure on new and expansion revenue
- Equity percentage based on seniority and impact
- Significant upside for high performers via total on-target earnings (OTE)
