About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by engaging C-level and senior decision-makers
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' IT infrastructure and cybersecurity concerns
  • Present and demonstrate the value of MSP services including cloud migration, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and customized service agreements
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive long-term recurring revenue growth
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
  • Track all sales activity and forecasts in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B service sales and penetrating major companies
  • Experience selling high-value, consultative, or subscription-based services
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills
  • Strong business acumen to translate technical solutions into business value
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Ability to work from the Brooklyn office and attend client meetings in the New York metro area
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Benefits

  • Base salary between $150,000 and $180,000
  • Generous commission structure on new and expansion revenue
  • Equity percentage based on seniority and impact
  • Significant upside for high performers via total on-target earnings (OTE)
