Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Map and prospect new customers within the Bajío region
• Follow up with active clients to increase sales volume for the product line
• Develop new business opportunities through lead tracking and sales closing
• Manage and follow up on customer quotations
• Plan and execute client visits and sales strategies
• Meet established KPIs and provide accurate sales forecasting

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical, Materials, Plastics, or Polymer Engineering (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering plastics resin sales
• Fluency in English
• Valid driver's license (Required)
• Availability to travel frequently
• Strong knowledge of plastic transformation processes such as extrusion, injection, rotomolding, and blow molding
• Understanding of plastic manufacturing industries

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven skills in negotiation and customer service
• Strong focus on results and strategic planning capabilities
