About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, Oil & Gas, and industrial sectors.
  • Promote and sell heavy machinery rental solutions including excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, cranes, and telehandlers.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess project requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
  • Prepare rental quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiate terms in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with operations, yard, and logistics teams to ensure timely equipment mobilization and demobilization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and procurement decision-makers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Achieve monthly and annual rental revenue targets and support cross-selling for spare parts and services.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in heavy equipment rental sales within the GCC market.
  • Strong understanding of construction equipment specifications and technical applications.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the rental industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid KSA driving license.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
