About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the planning of sales strategies and maintain account portfolios to prioritize relationships throughout the year.
- Interface with customers remotely via video, phone, and email to promote and sell UL products and services.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, from initial discovery and opportunity identification to proposal and closing.
- Meet with new prospects from inbound and outbound channels to qualify needs and land new customers.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of new logo prospects to supplement existing account activities.
- Collaborate with technical engineers and account managers to ensure seamless service delivery and customer success.
- Follow up with customers to ensure the renewal of services where applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of related sales experience.
- Technical knowledge of specialty products and services within the automotive or TIC portfolio.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes.
