About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
- Promote and present company products and services to clients
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide timely solutions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience
- Experience in B2B sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
