About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively source, qualify, and convert new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and digital channels
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, site visits, and property demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Manage the full sales cycle and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems
- Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback for management
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth deal execution
Requirements
- 4–6 years of proven sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle and close deals
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate or luxury goods
- Experience in corporate sales, FMCG, or service-based industries
