About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across both primary and secondary channels
- Manage collections and meet DSO targets
- Deploy and execute market initiatives and promotions within the assigned territory
- Grow territory sales and profitability through focused stakeholder management
- Foster strong customer relationships within the MPP segment
Requirements
- BE/BTech or Graduate degree
- MBA in Marketing from a recognized business school preferred
- 4-6 years of sales experience, specifically in Channel Sales and B2B/End-User sales
- Strong negotiation, sales planning, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
