About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth across both primary and secondary channels
  • Manage collections and meet DSO targets
  • Deploy and execute market initiatives and promotions within the assigned territory
  • Foster strong customer relationships to drive profitable business growth in the MPP segment
  • Execute sales planning to grow territory profitability

Requirements

  • BE/BTech or Graduate degree; MBA in Marketing preferred
  • 4-6 years of sales experience, specifically in Channel Sales and B2B/End-User sales
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in sales planning and presentation skills
