About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including creating sales strategies and go-to-market roadmaps
  • Build and maintain a profitable book of Technology and Business Advisory opportunities in the Baltimore market
  • Develop deep partnerships with Slalom teams and local market leadership
  • Work with new and existing clients to build pipelines and secure new MSAs
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients' senior executives and CXOs
  • Partner with alliance partners such as AWS, Google, Salesforce, and Databricks
  • Lead and host local community events and marketing campaigns to grow the Slalom brand
  • Define win themes based on competitive analysis and recommend value-add solutions to clients

Requirements

  • 6-15 years of proven business development and account management experience
  • Experience selling team-based solutions within a consulting environment
  • Proven track record of building relationships with CXOs and business decision-makers
  • Industry experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences, Financial Services, Retail/CPG, or Utilities & Energy
  • Strong negotiation, prioritization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to align cross-functional teams toward common sales goals
