About the role
Responsibilities
- Attract new clients to the shipping platform
- Generate organic prospects through channels such as social media, LinkedIn, and Google
- Perform outbound sales via active calling
- Help small, medium, and large businesses improve their ecommerce systems
- Manage client development and perform upsell activities
- Accompany clients throughout the entire sales process and provide platform training
- Meet established sales targets and acquisition goals
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in SaaS sales
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, including prospecting, qualification, and closing
- Experience using CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
- Proactive and organized profile with a focus on customer service and professional networking
