About the role

Responsibilities

  • Attract new clients to the shipping platform
  • Generate organic prospects through channels such as social media, LinkedIn, and Google
  • Perform outbound sales via active calling
  • Help small, medium, and large businesses improve their ecommerce systems
  • Manage client development and perform upsell activities
  • Accompany clients throughout the entire sales process and provide platform training
  • Meet established sales targets and acquisition goals

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in SaaS sales
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, including prospecting, qualification, and closing
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
  • Proactive and organized profile with a focus on customer service and professional networking
