Responsibilities

  • Build lasting relationships with hotel owners to create new business opportunities and enhance existing partnerships through upselling
  • Collaborate with the team to meet key sales targets for new and current clients
  • Develop and present well-considered proposals clearly and respectfully
  • Maintain accurate progress records using the company CRM
  • Share client feedback with the Product Team to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Warm and confident phone presence with active listening skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Collaborative and proactive attitude with resilience
  • Growth mindset and openness to feedback

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales
  • Experience in Hospitality sales
