Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with hotel owners to create new business opportunities and enhance existing partnerships through upselling
- Collaborate with the team to meet key sales targets for new and current clients
- Develop and present well-considered proposals clearly and respectfully
- Maintain accurate progress records using the company CRM
- Share client feedback with the Product Team to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Warm and confident phone presence with active listening skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Collaborative and proactive attitude with resilience
- Growth mindset and openness to feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales
- Experience in Hospitality sales
