About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify potential projects/clients in the Energy & Utilities segment
- Prepare marketing materials, sales kits, and commercial proposals
- Proactively approach Owners, EPCs, Manufacturers, and Contractors to promote inspection capabilities
- Negotiate technical and commercial terms in compliance with company policies
- Manage client relationships and act as the main contact point for assigned projects
- Coordinate with Operations, Technical, QA/QC, Legal, and Finance teams for project delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Requirements
- College degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in B2B
- Proficiency in English (B1 level or equivalent)
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency (HSK3 or equivalent) is an advantage
- Ability to travel as required by the role
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
