About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote SGS testing, inspection, and certification services to new Consumer Product clients
- Drive end-to-end sales execution from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closure
- Develop and maintain business relationships with target customers
- Issue proposals and negotiate fees, terms, and conditions
- Partner with technical, lab, and customer service teams to deliver value-added solutions
- Attend industry and trade show events for lead generation and prospecting
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management
Requirements
- 3+ years of consumer products testing sales experience in a multinational organization
- University graduate or equivalent educational background
- Proven experience in closing sales and managing sales cycles
- Understanding of global supply chains for consumer products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 365) and LinkedIn
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Strong written and spoken English skills
