Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing, 2-3 years related experience, Negotiation skills, English fluency

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and approach them for selling SGS services
  • Maintain good relationship with existing clients to improve sales revenue
  • Create and implement client visit and contact plans
  • Prepare marketing materials, sales kits, brochures, and presentations
  • Develop marketing strategies to penetrate different market segments
  • Coordinate with Customer Service Team regarding pricing and discounts
  • Collect market and competitor information to suggest selling schemes
  • Maintain detailed and transparent client information files
  • Monitor client revenue and performance monthly
  • Support Customer Service Team in collecting outstanding debts
  • Prepare weekly and monthly business reports for management
  • Coordinate with management to handle client complaints or claims
  • Update and follow up on quotations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-3 years experience in related products or services
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (writing and speaking)
  • Chinese language skills are a plus
