Sales Executive
SGSSales Executive (Textile/Garment)
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing, 2-3 years related experience, Negotiation skills, English fluency
About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and approach them for selling SGS services
- Maintain good relationship with existing clients to improve sales revenue
- Create and implement client visit and contact plans
- Prepare marketing materials, sales kits, brochures, and presentations
- Develop marketing strategies to penetrate different market segments
- Coordinate with Customer Service Team regarding pricing and discounts
- Collect market and competitor information to suggest selling schemes
- Maintain detailed and transparent client information files
- Monitor client revenue and performance monthly
- Support Customer Service Team in collecting outstanding debts
- Prepare weekly and monthly business reports for management
- Coordinate with management to handle client complaints or claims
- Update and follow up on quotations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years experience in related products or services
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluency in English (writing and speaking)
- Chinese language skills are a plus
