About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
  • Plan and execute client visits and outreach activities via phone and email
  • Prepare marketing materials, sales kits, and market penetration plans
  • Propose pricing and discount schemes in coordination with Customer Service
  • Collect and analyze market and competitor information
  • Manage client database and monitor monthly revenue performance
  • Prepare sales reports, follow up quotations, and support debt collection
  • Coordinate with internal teams to handle customer complaints

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in related products, services, or the footwear industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (writing and speaking)
  • Fluency in Chinese (required for footwear customer accounts)
  • Full working rights in Vietnam
