About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Plan and execute client visits and outreach activities via phone and email
- Prepare marketing materials, sales kits, and market penetration plans
- Propose pricing and discount schemes in coordination with Customer Service
- Collect and analyze market and competitor information
- Manage client database and monitor monthly revenue performance
- Prepare sales reports, follow up quotations, and support debt collection
- Coordinate with internal teams to handle customer complaints
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in related products, services, or the footwear industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluency in English (writing and speaking)
- Fluency in Chinese (required for footwear customer accounts)
- Full working rights in Vietnam
