About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage existing client accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Actively prospect within target economic sectors to identify growth and expansion opportunities
- Generate and maintain an updated CRM database of current and potential clients
- Implement, track, and report performance indicators for sales, service, retention, and satisfaction
- Meet assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Participate in promotional events and commercial activities within the target market
- Maintain periodic communication with current and potential clients to strengthen business relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree
- At least 3 years of experience in sales of certification, inspection, and laboratory testing services
