About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure new hotel and restaurant partners to expand the marketplace
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner accounts to ensure long-term collaboration
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Conduct market research on hospitality trends and competitor offerings
- Work with existing partners to develop new offerings, special packages, and exclusive deals
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for seamless partner onboarding
- Track sales performance and pipeline growth using CRM tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or hospitality partnerships
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the hospitality and food service industries in Lebanon
