Sales Executive, Outdoor

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of T&O products through dealers, channel partners, and distributor networks within the assigned territory
• Execute sales processes including territory mapping, key account mapping, and coverage
• Relentlessly drive sales in both primary and secondary channels to grow territory profitability
• Manage collections and DSO in accordance with set targets
• Deploy and execute market initiatives, promotions, and product-pull plans through end-user coverage
• Expand the consumer base and identify new growth opportunities

Requirements

• BE/BTech or Graduate degree
• 6-10 years of sales experience, specifically in Channel Sales and B2B/End-User sales
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven experience in sales planning and territory management
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to respond positively under pressure and maintain a process-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing from a recognized B-school
