Responsibilities

  • Close warm leads by converting customers who have engaged with ads through consultative phone sales
  • Pitch tailored educational packages by understanding family needs and matching them with the right solutions
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including follow-ups, overcoming objections, and maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Meet and exceed ambitious monthly lead conversion targets to maximize commission
  • Act as the voice of MyEdSpace to build trust with families

Requirements

  • Experience selling to the UK market
  • Preferably 1+ years of outbound telemarketing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work toward and exceed set targets
  • Strong rapport-building and customer engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large workload
  • Flexible and willing to learn

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consultative sales environments
