Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide professional assistance throughout their visit
• Receive, inspect, tag, and price laundry items accurately
• Generate bills, process payments, and maintain daily transaction records
• Coordinate special care instructions and follow up on pending orders with the factory
• Handle customer complaints, delays, or missing items professionally
• Promote additional services, loyalty programs, and seasonal offers
• Keep the front desk and branch clean, organized, and well-stocked

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher
• 1–2 years of experience in laundry or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in billing
• Customer-focused and professional attitude
