Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Convert enquiries into enrollments through effective consultations and a customer-focused sales approach
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with students and their families to enhance engagement and retention
• Identify and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities across courses and programs
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students and encourage renewals from existing students
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up activities
• Prepare quotations, proposals, enrollment documentation, and sales agreements accurately
• Maintain and update customer information, interactions, and sales activities within the CRM system
• Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• Native or fluent Russian speaker
• Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 level)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and CRM systems
• Willingness to work weekdays and weekends on rotating shifts (9:00 AM–6:00 PM and 12:00 PM–9:00 PM)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a language center
• Teaching experience is considered an advantage
• At least two years of direct sales experience (though freshers in Dubai are welcome to apply)
