Sales Executive, Mid-Market, Rentals

Responsibilities

• Drive the new business sales cycle by identifying potential clients, resolving needs, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Acquire new partnerships with property management companies to increase participation in the Zillow Rentals Network.
• Perform a high volume of regional calls and face-to-face meetings to secure new accounts.
• Act as an authority on Zillow Rentals Network products and services.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to prospect, log activity, and manage opportunities and calendars.
• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and association meetings to increase brand exposure.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance expectations.
• Travel up to 50% within the assigned region to meet with potential clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in outside sales and B2B sales.
• Proven experience selling to accounts with complex or multiple decision-makers.
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required for the role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using data analytic tools, including Google Analytics.
• Experience in the multi-family rental industry.
