About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, and events
- Build and manage a sales pipeline in CRM
- Pitch DRC’s catalog of services including Data, Research, Consultancy, and Data Collection
- Negotiate contracts and close deals within sales cycle timelines
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing to develop digital campaigns
- Provide feedback to product/research teams based on client needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consulting, research, or data analytics
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Arabic
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of B2B consultative selling
- Ability to work under pressure and hit sales quotas
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Zoho
