About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, and events
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline in CRM
  • Pitch DRC’s catalog of services including Data, Research, Consultancy, and Data Collection
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals within sales cycle timelines
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop digital campaigns
  • Provide feedback to product/research teams based on client needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consulting, research, or data analytics
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Negotiation and closing skills
  • Knowledge of B2B consultative selling
  • Ability to work under pressure and hit sales quotas
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Zoho
