Sales Executive - Inside Sales Cars (Russian Speaker)

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Identify and qualify prospects using cold, warm, and hot leads
• Consult with customers to recommend tailored value-added automotive services and packages
• Maintain professional communication through calls, emails, and text messaging
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships as a trusted advisor
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and sales outcomes in the CRM
• Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in Russian is required for this role
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 4 to 5 years of proven experience in inside sales or telesales
• Proficient in using CRM platforms
• Familiarity with the automotive market and value-added services such as insurance or warranties
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
• Ability to manage high call volumes and maintain aggressive follow-up capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling used cars, car insurance, service warranties, or car financing
