Sales Executive - Inside Sales Cars

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Identify and qualify prospects using cold, warm, and hot leads
• Consult with customers to recommend tailored value-added services and packages
• Present professional proposals via email, phone, and text messaging
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships as a trusted advisor
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales outcomes within the CRM
• Stay updated on automotive market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 4 to 5 years of proven experience in an inside sales or telesales role
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms
• Familiarity with the automotive market and related services like insurance or warranties
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
• Ability to manage high call volumes and maintain aggressive follow-up capabilities
• Experience selling used cars, insurance, or car financing is a significant plus
